I have a finished basement that needs a couple of interior walls built. I need the walls framed, some electric work, drywall and then trimmed. If anyone here is interested let me know.

Basically the basement is finished with carpet and drywall. The dotted lines is what needs to be built. One wall approx. 18.5 feet and another 16'. I'm open to ideas for the closet, the main issue is that the window sits only 26'' off of the wall and that is cutting it too close for the closet to extend all the way across the room. There are also some can lights that will probably need to be moved and light switches rearranged as well.

Just a suggestion but lose the wall with double doors and move the bedroom closet wall so the window is in the closet.Money spent on a wall and double doors would be much better spent on some cabinets and a wet bar on the wall next to the laundry/bath.A hallway does nothing for a home theater. If your can not live without a door on the media room put a bedroom door that opens in against the wall and pack out the bath/laundry wall enough to install a single door that opens in to the media room.
If the basement is finished with carpet what is under it and is the ceiling drywall?

Concrete is under the the carpet padding and the ceiling is drywall. Each of the proposed rooms has at least one heating vent, if not two. I already have cabinets and plumbing for a bar but will be taking those out. I want the seperate theater for the darkness it offers and also another wall will keep some of the A/C from filling the basement in summer. But good ideas and I will kick around not putting in that wall for the media room but am 90% sure I want it. There just isn't enough room for a wet bar once the bedroom is installed, at least not in my opinion.
