Let me tell you, I have been with many phone companies in these previous years, including At&t, Cingular, and Sprint and none of them nearly compare!!
I have never hung up the phone after talking to customer service for a mobile ompany before happy, ever in my life!! As some of you may have read, there were a couple complications with this previous shipping order that had to get smoothed out...well, without ever knowing it, I happened to go 177 minutes over my plan. If any of you know about this kind of situation, an extra $80 on a phone bill in my current state was going to be extremely rough. Well, I called up T-mobile and they actually helped me out...when I went over through sprint, they said, "Sorry, nothing we can do, but we can change your plan for next month."
What T-mobile did was spectacular. They gave me a new "promotional" deal that was the exact same cost with 400 extra minutes a month just for signing as two-year contract. Since my contract with them was on for another year, it only extended my contract by one year, same cost, no fees for the addition, and they back-logged it for last month, meaning I still have 230minutes instead of being over by 177
I don't much give these types of reviews for companies and I rarely see the very well-spoken, intelligent, kind, and fast customer service as I received today.
If anyone is switching services, look carefully at T-mobile...best in the business if you ask me. Just as a disclaimer, I have no affiliation with, and am not profiting from, the promotion I just gave to T-mobile...I am just a very satisfied customer that got $80 back in my pocket almost for free(just for extending a contract I probably would have anyway).
Just think, once my contract is up, maybe the iPhone will be affordable
