OT - Vacation

Hello all,
Heading to Lakeland for vacation at the end of this week, I was wondering what if any Local Fish Stores are worth a visit. I'm coming down from Connecticut and going to a RC Airplane event, so I'll be mostly wrapped up there, however, I want to get out a day and see some stores!

Vacationing in Lakeland? Do you have family there? Most of the good stores are further down in the Tampa area and up in the Orlando Area. You might also want to post in the Tampa section.

RC Airplanes. Look around for a guy named David Shuman. Hes the man here in Orlando for RC Planes.

Lol, i know of him, and expect to see him there. His brother isn't bad either.

Nolans aquarium is in lakeland. Wide selection of fish and ok selection of coral. Sometimes you can find a deal. I picked up a Duncan about a month ago from there for $15 and some zoas for $5!

Studio Aquatics is a newer shop and has some good stuff.....it's off of S. FL. Ave

Studio Aquatics is the only one I'd bother going to. Nolan's is generally full of sick fish and bland corals. It's a larger store than Studio Aquatics, but..yeah..not worth the time.
