OT: Water Leak.....Help!

I got a stubborn roof leak and would like a roofer to check it out.

I have filled the valley with concrete, sealed it. Then sealed hundreds of tiles, and put about 5 coats of Acrylux elastomeric paint over last few years.

Still leaks. :headwally:

The problem is that the leak is not usually where it comes through the ceiling but will run along a beam before it drops. Have you looked in the attic to locate where it came from. I went through what your going through for several years and the repairman would rip up sections of the roof, repair it and when the rain came so did the leak. Rather that replace the roof, I had someone (who is no longer in business), pressure wash the roof, brush the roof with wet cement to fill in all the cracks, prime the cement and put two coats of the elastomeric paint to the entire roof. That was after Wilma and I have not had a leak since. Good luck.

Let me explain what the roof has gone through.

2009- All the tiles were sealed expect the undersides. So....Basically the cracks on top and in between. Then it was painted with acrylux paint (not elastomeric). I did not concrete over all of the tiles because the roof has brushed tiles and would require much more concrete and work.

2011- The valley starts leaking to the point where we notice problems indoors

I understand it may not be the valley itself, so I sealed all areas that drop water to the valley.

Sealed valley with concrete, then started sealing all tiles with acrylux product. Forgot name

Made sure I sealed whole area

Put about 5 coats of elastermeric paint (25% elasto) on over last few years.

Its out of control
