other hobbies (wth was i thinking)

Dr. Peaches is an ex- MPD helicopter pilot and likes to shoot ( he teaches at Range Master.) I'm sure he'd have no problem answering helicopter questions or shooting anyone here, just ask.

And Barrett, dose 4 times with Vodka and call me in the morning. ;)
I've been doing that lately. It's finally beginning to show some results. I saw a small police car parked behind a rock along a thoroughfare in my tank.

There was a humvee for sale on gunbroker not too long ago that had twin M2 .50 cal machine guns mounted on the roof. Fully operational and legal, on a Form 4 in KY if I recall correctly. Buy-it-now was $120,000, I begged my wife to let me take out a loan, but to my utter astonishment she said "Hell no"...:sad1:

Went to a private range in MS with a couple of guys this past Sunday, here's what we took.

I keep one of those handy when driving in Memphis for easier lane changes during rush hour.

I sell medical devices, I don't work for Pixar so I don't have the time it would take to render all of these. I'm sure you recognize my truck in the back... I did take a couple pics on my cell phone too that I can post if you like... You guys should come shoot with us sometime.

You wouldn't have to work at Pixar to do that. Most 13 yr olds could probably pull it off. I'll admit that the others look real but that first one didn't. It wasn't the type of firearms or the quantity that I doubted it was the way some of them looked like they were levitating off the table. I've been around a lot of interesting and exotic weaponry when I competed and was fortunate enough to handle them and even send some lead down range with a number of them. Those years have made me kind of picky about who I hang out with when loaded weapons are involved , especially when the unsupervised discharging of said weapons occurs. One thing is for sure, it is also a very expensive hobby.

At one time I had all of these.
Sig 220 .45 ACP
Sig 220 9mm
Beretta Cougar .40 S&W
Beretta 92FS Brigadier 9mm

The pictures do look like crap is floating, I know. We are all absurdly safe, you will get permanently banned from that range for sneezing on the line. All the guns in the pics are unloaded and all of the magazines are empty with the exception of the two Wilson Combat 1911 magazines. Everything was deliberately (and meticulously) scattered to give that "Yeah, it's a bunch of guns, who gives a crap" look. Don't ask, one dude wants to make some sort of poster or something...

Edit to ask: So by "had" am I to understand that you got rid of all of those?? If so, why??

A number of years ago my wife was injured and out of work for a long time and I had to stay home with her for six plus months until she was back on her feet and during that time I sold them all on Guns America. It was like money in the bank. I regret it as some of them were hard to obtain but it was one of life's lessons. I should have gotten ride of the wife and kept the guns.;)

Ahhh, CZ 75, great gun. CZ's are very underrated.

Guns are however like "money in the bank" they do not decrease in value.

I have never sold a single gun in my life (and I have sold a few) that I did not "double" my initial investment.

Very.

The CZ75 is an improved version of the Browning Hi-Power.

Many are and when I sold them I thought , "I got 'em once so I can get 'em again."

Unfortunately for me many of those would cost me a lot more to replace. The ones I regret selling the most are the P5c's, P88's, and P7's.
