looks good!...out of curiosity how heavy was it? Im thinking of getting the exact same tank and want to know how funs its going to be moving it through the doorways

Thats a real nice size, I didnt know Marineland made tanks of that size. Dont put too much water in there, you still dont have rocks in place ;)

yea were going to add the rock tomorrow. we have to get the prams to match our holding tank before i can add anything

The black sand is very nice looking. Was there a reason you used white under it? Marineland's web site does not have the weight of this size tank listed. Based on the other tanks it is probably close to 400 lbs.

Well a quick update. I was gonna post this earlier with some pics but I ran out of time. The tank is full and running. Leaks are fixed, salinity is almost right, and temp is almost there. I am driect feeding my skimmer from the overflow. I think my return pump is pushing more water than the skimmer could handle so I installed a T and ball valve whiched stopped the air from entering the skimmer as well as lowered the water level. I am going to add the rest of the salt tomorrow and start adding some of my dry rock hopfully I'll have some pics tomorrow.

Well everything is starting to open back up and regain the color it lost while in the holding tank. Im hoping to get the doors donr and the oak skin put on this weekend. As well as starting on the light rack.
