It looks so lonely in there right now...

nice pics danielle!!! Love that purple chiton.

Pat - prepared for the snow storm tomorrow? Hopefully most of it will melt on saturday in order to facilitate your break-down.

That worm can't be good news - if I recall correctly from greenbean - the ones that are out and about during the day are likely to be predators.

Your pictures look great Danielle!!

Phil, we should luck out this time and not get the heavy snow. Usually we get the heavy stuff on the east end, but this round it's supposed to change to rain.

Bob asked me to post a couple of his pictures. He wants to know if in this first picture of the mushroom, is the center a baby?

Then this is a shot from his 33g TBS tank:

pat, here it's freezing rain, i'd rather have the snow. my son in queens is getting heavy snow right now

well on the plus side at least I can tell my management "it's snowing very heavily, I'm working from home today".

We may have got 3" of snow last night. They were calling for 6. The sun is out now so I suspect it won't last long. I hope anyway.:) I don't care for snow either anymore. The older I get the more I dislike it.

We've had snow each day since Thanksgiving. It's only now starting to hit above zero temperatures during the day but now we're getting lots of wind so windchill is pushing the temps back down.

Prometheus, is the tank filled with water yet? I think we all remember the tank sitting there waiting for "the call".

On the plus side, the cars have finally worn a path on all the streets so it's easier to drive down and not very icy. I drive a Mustang (rear-wheel drive) which is, perhaps, not the most practical car for Montana winters....but it's very pretty :D

hmm - plowing in ny makes sense: 401 ppl per square mile.

Plowing in montana - 6 ppl per square mile - um, not too sure who you're plowing for?

Lol - there are more people that work in manhattan than actually live in the state of montana. There are more people that work here than actually live in manhattan too but that's separate story!

Let's just say montana would be the equivalent of a 400 gallon tank with one tang. NYC would be a 100 gallon tank with 100 nemos packed with no live rock. ;)

Don't they have plows in Montana to clear the streets?

Lots of plows but they only plow the main streets/highways/interstates. They don't plow the side streets through each neighborhood.
