Out-Of-Stock Items

Hi,
I just received my order and everything was great except when you place an order it should tell you if it's in-stock or not.
So in the event it is not, I can order something else or not at all instead of being charged for something that I didn't receive and now have to wait because its on back-order.
It would be better to give the customer the choice to back order an item
or find it locally. The packing slip should also show the back-ordered item so the customer doesn't think he was shorted the item. Just a thought.

But on a good note I think you guys do a very good job over all.
Packing is done well and all the stock is clean and neat thank you for that.
I will continue to buy from you guys because you do care and always try to help.

Thanks for the feedback and the kind words! We greatly appreciate it! We do currently have a "œstock availability" system in place on our website. If an item happens to be out of stock you'll notice under the "œadd to shopping cart" button a message in red letters "œAvailability: Out of Stock usually ships in 3-4 business days" see the attached image

We have also added the stock availability message during the checkout process when reviewing your order.

Items that are available and in stock are in green and normally the message will read "Availability: Usually ships the same business day" this is also located on the product page and during the checkout process.
