Hey it was great seeing you again. sorry I did not have more time to stop and talk with you.
and thanks for the kind words!
Dave

I had a great time. Spent too much money, but oh well. Won the raffle drawing that I had really wanted, the Reef Nutrition Pack of all their different bottles. Will be interested to see how feeding my coral something other than light and cyclopeeze will do. Wish these swaps came more than once a year! :D

Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks BJ, Tina, and Al for handling the food. Thanks to Richard and Andy for securing the building. And thanks to Drew, our newest member, for working all day with us just like an old vet.

Special kudos and fireworks and parades to Malissa. This never would have happened without her many hours of hard work on our behalf.

I actually had $35 left and $20 went to my son for the corn maze trip tonight. I also won the reef nutrition prize which I really wanted. YEAH:D

Thank you to everyone who helped out today and along the way.
I'll post some pic when my battery charges.

I wanted to thank anyone and everyone that helped make the frag swap a success..from planning to showing up and shopping with the vendors and to the ones that donated raffle prizes...it took a lot of hard work but it was fun and I also won the prize I really wanted......Reef Nutrition .

I want to add my thanks and kudos to everyone involved. Malissa and Al a BIG thanks to you. Tina, BJ and Al great job with the food. Richard I liked the location, good job. To everyone else you all did great!!!

To everyone involved me and Whitney had so much fun. It was fun meeting new people and seeing old friends as well.I am especially excited over my great deal that Jason made me on some metal hallides. I got a huge pearl bubble coral that I am so proud of. I got a gorgeous spider sponge that I have never seen before and my alltime favorite blue mushrooms.

Accolades of praise to Malisa and Al, BJ, Steve, Teena, Bill, and Drew!!!!!! Also thanks to Andy for helping with pricing my frags and Richard for finding this location and securing it as well as having water available (I never paid for mine and will stick you a check in the mail this week). Without all of you the swap would not have happened. Thanks to Bill, David and Marcus for helping me to unload/load. Also, thanks to all who bought from me.Also liked the location and although there were not enough outlets, my power never went out one time and my MH stayed lit, unlike the Middle TN swap in Jan!! Now to start getting ready for that swap in January!!! Unlike Malisa, I came home about $50 short of the $80 I brought for change, which means I got lots of new goodies and can't wait for them to color/open up. Let'ws start planning #3!!!!!!

Also forgot to mention Cathy and Lettie for manning the ticket and raffel tables!! Also, my nieces and their friends appreciate all who bought baked goods from them. They raised over $60 for the spar/neuter program at the Memphis Humane Society. All four girls went proudly went and toured the humane society and at the end of the tour presented the $$.

No Malisa, he told me to wedge it between rocks and be sure and not expose it to glue. Good luck. Mine is wedged and looks good!!

I wanted to compliment you guys on making this great event on happening, and even if I had not won anything I still would have been happy!

Great thanks.
I forgot about not letting it get exposed to the air. Right when I took it out of the bag , oops i remembered. so we will see. It looks fine. But if not I know lots got frags of it.

Mary Ruth and I enjoyed meeting so many new people. Your swap was well organized and we were very pleased to be there. Thank you to everyone who bought frags from us. Wishing you good luck with them.

Air exposure is not the problem. Air trapped in the sponge is. I frag the photosynthetic blue sponge cutting it up out of the water and I've done other types that way as well. I shake it under water while turning it to release any air and it's never been a problem. Large sponges would pose more of a challenge due to their size.

The man with the knowledge. Thanks again Dave
