Outlet getting stuck

I have an Aqua Lifter pump connected to receptacle 8 which is a mechanical relay which is supposed to be able to handle lower loads better. Well it keeps getting stuck in ON position overfilling my sump with limewater. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? I have it set to come on for 20 seconds every hour at night so it's real difficult to monitor to make sure it goes off properly.

Are you certain it's getting stuck ON and it's not a programming issue? To be stuck ON it would have to be showing in your outlet log as going on/off at the appropriate times but you would observe it staying on when the log says it's off.

Is that what's happening?

Make sure you don't have a siphon forming through the AquaLifter and associated tubing.

Pretty sure it's getting stuck. Yesterday I heard a noise from the fishroom, went in to check on it and it was the Aqua Lifter sucking air. My kalk container was empty, the pump was on, and the outlet indicator on the display was showing outlet being off.

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
OSC 059:40/000:20/000:00 Then ON
If Time 14:00 to 20:00 Then OFF
If pH > 08.50 Then OFF

Anybody have any suggestions? Ideas?

Other than the Set OFF, which is unnecessary, the programming looks correct. Have you checked to make sure you don't have a duplicate EB8/ghost outlet? Can you swap it over to outlet #4?
