Most sabellids & serpulids cannot be identified from photographs even if they are big & pretty! All the good keys rely on morphological characters with heavy emphasis on details of the setae (bristles) and crown. If I was identifying a specimen I would have to remove setae from different parts of the body and perhaps make cross-sections of parts of the crown, then put these on slides and examine them under a microscope.

That's not a hawaiian feather duster. These guys have started showing up at LFSs in the past year or so. Not sure where they come from, but they are usually around $40. I picked one up for $15 about a year ago but lost it when I switched tanks. They really are beautiful!
