Outside magnets inside of an overflow. Any issues?

I have a 3-sided overflow and wanted to put a couple of 6095's on the outside of the overflow box. I was wondering if there would be any issues if the magnets that are usually on the outside of the tanks were submerged under the water in the overflow box?

Both halves are waterproof, this is no problem.
