Overdriven T5's + Carpet - 13" Water?

I seriously considering getting a carpet anemone but would like to know the chance of survival with my lighting.

I have 4 overdriven T5 bulbs on my tank with the SLR (individual bulb) reflectors. Distance from stand bed to water surface is 13". SPS corals are thriving in this tank which normally need MH. I have read numerous times carpets need MH. I am not planning on going MH on this tank for cooling reasons.

What's the opinion will a carpet anemone live with this lighting? Will it thrive? I do not want to order one and have it not make it.

All other water parameters are good and tank size will be great as well - planning on it getting 2-3 feet in diameter.

I am running 2 blue plus, 1 actinic plus and 1 6500k GE bulb.

I really like the color. Well sounds like once I find a good carpet we will get it a go.

Thanks!
