Overfed Ritteri isn't Going Well

I usually fed my ritteri half of a frozen prawn but this time I accidentally fell down the rest half and it took it. I didn't risk pullin it outa its tentacles

few hrs later it dried up like a huge omelette and a day later it split the bigger half out. now it goes not so well, no inflation deflation but closes. It just dries up and shrinks to half what it was.

any ideas? can it make it or this is an ominous start to pass away:deadhorse:

How long have you had it? Mine usually look fat and happy after eating. They like to spread themselves out and sting my SPS after a decent meal.

Is there anything else that could be irritating the anemone? Perhaps a crab or shrimp going after the food the Mag recently ate?

I know my Purple Footed Mag looks stressed when its time for a waterchange or GAC change... But I figure that is more due to the Larger Mag in the tank and chemical warfare... :eek1:

The largest piece of food I feed my largest anemone is about 1 cc.
It is liekly that he is not 100% healthy due to what ever cause.

I had a tank that my anemones do not do well in, I have no idea why. They don't died but just not well. One day I accidently drop one of my magnet on the sand and find that there were a bunch of metal fragments (sand) stick to the magnet. I have to get rid of that sand bed and that was the end of anemone doing poorly in that tank. I think that they were getting metal poison. At least toxic level of iron in that tank.

Should be the oversized food

today it seems to be going back on track, getting enlarged to two thirds what it was
