Overflow and Return Pump Zync.

I have a 30 gal thank, I bought the Reef octopus NWB 150
Needle Wheel (approx. 530 gph), ecommended for tanks up to 150 gallons. I just finished building my 20 gal long sump tank. Now how do I know what kind of Overflow and Return Pump do I need in order for everything to work in order. I need some help fast!!!

I would suggest something in the Mag-5 / Maxijet-1800 / Eheim1260 or slightly lower range for the return pump.

You can use any overflow you want, I would recommend CPR. Just as long as it is rated for enough GPH for whatever pump you choose.

Ok I get that, but how do i make the watter from the main tank , on the overflow to go down the sump? sorry bro is just that Im kink of new in all of this.
