I'm sorry to impose on you, but does the book mention feeding? I only want 3 or 4, and I am sure I can accomodate their nitrate needs. Do I need to feed phyto? .... often?

I'm sorry to impose on you, but does the book mention feeding? I only want 3 or 4, and I am sure I can accomodate their nitrate needs. Do I need to feed phyto? .... often?

I feed my tank phyto twice a week, I use an air tube connected to a feeding syringe and I slowly release the phyto in the incurrent openings of the clams. The book goes through everything lighting, feeding, water quality, disease, breeding, it is a pretty incredible book!!!!!!!!! Any questions you may have is answered in the book Giant Clams by Daniel Knop.
