overheated pump

I have a 2 new 6060 and that have been working for 2 weeks. I noticed this morning that one of them was not working. I figured it got dirty and jammed so I would clean it .When I took it apart I noticed it was very hot. Anyway, I cleaned all the parts with vinegar, let the pump cool down for a couple of hours and then tried to get it going again. I found the magnetic rotor no longer fits easily into the driver. I took the rotor from one of the other pumps and could not slip that one into the driver either. What should I do?

Send it in. You need to resolve whatever issue caused the pump to jam. I am currently in germany so i will not be ablle to get to it until I return on the 23rd but if the pumps jam and repeatedly overheat as a result they will be destroyed so you need to remove whatevver material is causing this to happen immediately. The pump turnns off when it overheats but as soon as it cools it tries again and their is a limit to how many times it can switch on and off, it is generally about a week of being jammed.
