I see a lot of sumps running 'slow'. I have tuned my up to run through the entire tank (500 gallons) 10 times and hour with two venturis injecting masses of air into the sump line. This has increased the O2 content at 80 deg F) from around 6ppm to over 7.5 (6.9 is seawater) and the tank has literally come alive. I fugure waves generate this at the reef I might as well simulate it. Any one else had this experiance?
