Ozonizer hook up

I have a venturi type skimmer and am thinking of adding a ozonizer.

What is the best way to input ozone into a skimmer?

Should the OPR controller probe be mounted in the tank or the sump?

I "T" on the input line, and see if the skimmer has enough suction to pull it by its own, if not them a very small air put can be place to help it out,

sump is better, don't want it in the main tank for several reasons,

1. dose too much and detect at the top, want to detect close to it to keep a safe level

2. don't want light to hit it and growth algae on it

3. it would look ugly
