I love this guy. Right now it is my favorite mantis. It is the only mantis I own that I am not tempted to put something with him in the tank. If he was in a 50 gallon I think I would still find it entertaining. Mine is a very solid 3 inches and thick and fearless.
Most days you will find him wondering around the tank with not a care in the world that someone will spook him. I currently just moved him to his own 20 gallon with just a piece of live rock , sandy substrate and a few shells. I was hoping to see what others keep their ciliata in and if the personality is the same.
