P.E.A. Neon Orange Hammer

He had it at the shop for 5 months..it was first thing this morning when i took the pic. So it still needs time. Its worth the risk for this color and its given stable history.

Here is pretty much what this frag looks like unless under HEAVYYYY LED blue supplementation. and even then its a pale/bright orange.

do you have pure actinic lighting? maybe that will bring out more orange?

Lol, keep telling yourselves that. An orange hammer is orange under all lighting. They do exist, but are still very pricey.

If the frag is put under pure heavy blue supplementation via LED's (450-470nm) it is bright orange... otherwise its green....

Orange hammers do exist, I have seen one locally under Radions. Bright orange and pink.

I am looking for one heavily still.

I have yellow branching hammer and its more like a ultra green. But still one of my favorite corals, most yellow hammers are actually a green color.

Also most Branching Orange Hammers I have came across are going to have a pink/orange tin to them for some reason. But if you want true Orange Hammer in your tank your going to have to go out on a limb and purchase a wall hammer. You have a nice piece by the way Dartolution, is that one head or two?

Tyler,

It is two separate heads.
Just a regular boring green branching parancora to me....
NOT worth the price I paid for it.
