P90x anyone?

am I the only one who was thinking this?
 
I like p90x also like http://bodyforlife.com/ which I think preceded p90x. Both work well. I think do the p90x exercises and use the bfl for diet and you'd have a magic bullet so long as motivation and dedication are there. But really it doesn't matter what the hell you do. Exercising 3-5 times per week and eating a serving of protein and a serving of low gi carbs 5 times a day all keeping fat down is going to yeild absolutely positive results no matter what.
 
I like to break in new work-out DVDs by watching them on my computer in bed with a snack.
Helps put it into perspective :)

The push up variations are really crazy. During chest and back i did total of 188 push ups (inclined,diamond,military,regular, wide,and under the fence) and with 88 mixed pull ups on a bar. That was only about half the reps they did. They total 358 or something.

No matter what you do that many of anything you will get shredded.




Anyone know a good brand of protein?. I just finished a jug of masstech it was good but really really expensive, and ran out really quick.

Its been a few years since i was really hard core into working out, but when i was... i was taking nitro tech... Besides the horrible gas that you get from it, that stuff was awesome! I heard lots of good things about muscle milk too.
