Here is my 28 gallon stocked with product from Richard at Tampa Bay Saltwater. I am extremely pleased with both the product and the service that Richard provides. Richard is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I recommend his product to anybody with a salt water aquarium. Please let me know what you guys think.

Killer!

Killer!

Well done...another killer small tank!

where did you get that longspine urchin?

Richard TBS:rollface:

I got the urchin from a lfs called Octopus Garden. The owner there was apparently roommates with Bob Fenner.

I also got a Chocolate Chip Starfish and a Flame Scallop from him.

your tank looks great..just goes to prove that you dont have to have a huge tank to get alot of bang for your buck! Looks like Richard has out done himself again.. you got some really good sized stuff too..

i have several flame scallops i got with my order and they are one of my favorite things, really cool i just make sure i feed my tank plenty of dt's, marine snow etc..i use a turkey baster to make sure it gets down to them..

Yea, those scallops have a voracious appetite! They are so cool looking.

Thank you for the compliment on my tank. I still fiddle with it every day and just enjoy watching everything interact.

Bingo!

Bingo!

I would get rid of the Chocolate CHip Starfish. They will consume corals and your clams and such.

Good idea....as usually they will not make it...and when they puke, they can puke the tank...

I have had the Chocolate Chip in there for over a month and he only seems to eat algae. I'm know not to be ignorant and assume it will continue to be that way. I like him though and I will keep him until I notice any problems. He sticks to the glass a lot and goes through the crevices of the rocks.

Great looking tank, Skipper!

Those finger sponges are great ... What is that plant in the lower right foreground in the second pic and in that same pic is that a BTA middle left?

I wish my tank's cycle would end so I can get my part 2!!!

In the lower right corner is what I belive to be a gorgonian. I'm not sure though. Richard threw it in without me even ordering it. He is a generous man. I think it is pretty cool looking though.

I don't know what a BTA is, but I believe you are referring to the Conylactis Anemone. I have a white one and two purple ones. They like to move around a lot, but they are so cool looking.

I am excited for you because part two is amazing. I know you will be happy I'm sure your tank will look awesome. I would love to see pictures when you are done aquascaping.

I realize the orange sponge looks fabulous in the front of the tank, but it really doesn't need the light. So far, the sponges that have done the best for me are the ones that I sheltered. Light attracts algae and if the sponge is not in prime condition, the algae will overrun it.

The candelabra gorgonian does well in intense light. Right now, you've got it in the back. Make sure it gets light somehow, that is all it needs to do well.

Thank you for the advice. Pretty much everywhere in my tank gets a lot of light because it is only about 12''- 14'' wide. I have noticed that one of the yellow ball sponges has some algae growing on it.

I am at the mercy of my tank size as far as placement is concerned with most items. I have 55 pounds of rock and all the equipment, which doesn't leave too much open space. It does create lots of nooks and crevices for the creatures though.
