Pairing long nose hawk Fisk

Got one a week ago.

Other one in local tank was slightly darker in color.

Any thoughts

I believe they are hermaphroditic fish where the smaller specimen is the female and the larger the male. If you want to pair them make sure the other is of a noticeably smaller size.

Want about different coloring?
One seems bright red and one more of a burgundy.
