Fish Crazy
i have had a tomato clown in one of my tanks right now for about a year with a GBTA the clown is about 2 inches long. is it to late to pair it with another tomato clown? my lfs has small one but im wondering if it will get beat on so much that it will die what does everyone think?

would it work or is it to late though? can you pair a fish with a fish that has had its own teritorie for a year? or will it be to teritorial to the point where the other fish gets stressed out?

frenatus aren't as bad as something like Premnas. This should work. It might be rough on the little guy for a few hours, but it should work.

ok maby i'll give this ashot then. i just wanted a solid answer cause i dont wana get the little guys and stress him out so much that he breaks out with infection or dies. thanks guys. anyone else have any input?

I used to breed and raise Tomato Clowns. Just make sure that wherever you introduce these two fish that the little guy has a safe place to retreat if necessary.

like a safe place in the tank or another tank? its a softie reef and theres plenty of spots to hide and the clown i have in there now has a GBTA that she usually stays in if there anything new introduced to the tank. hopfully it goes well i'll keep it posted i might run down today to get him.
