Pale spots on Purple Tang - Anything to worry about?

I'm wondering about these white spots on my purple tang. Dosn't look like battle wounds. More just like lost pigment on his belly. Could it possibly be a sting from an anemone? Should I worry? He seems happy and healthy otherwise.

Can you give me a bit of history of this fish. Looks bacterial to me from the photos but they are not clear enough for me to tell much.
