Paletta's Purple Porites: Light and Flow

I bought a frag from LA. I couldn't find many threads on it. Should I assume this is like most porites and does well under strong lighting and flow? What's needed to maintain that deep purple color while maximizing growth?

I had one a few years ago & could never get it to grow good. I ended up selling it as it got to the point I couldn't even keep the purple color.

I bleached it when it was moved too high if that helps.

It's still in my frag tank under t5s and about 300 par and a bulb combo that pretty blue. It has not grown much. It's purple but not anything like the picture on DD... But how many ever are? :lol:

I currently have Purple Porites and I am not sure of the strain, but I know I purchased it from Copps. It grow very fast and will take over anything in its way. I have mine place high and in front of a power head. Good Luck I will see if I can post a pic.
