So don't know how many of you pay attention to such things........ And I'm not sure if this thread will be deleted as political or not....... But MSNBC is taking a big crap over Palin pardoning a Thanksgiving turkey and then stepping outside for an interview... Of course the backdrop of the interview has a turkey farm employee killing a couple turkeys... I was most annoyed by the stupid reporter... "Get your Kids and Squeemish out of the room!!!"

Good grief. That is the most disgusting thing.

I always have terrible meat-eater's guilt though.

Says the woman that doubles up the amount of ground beef in her cheese dip... :lmao:

Yeah, yeah...got me on that one.

I continually give serious consideration to going vegan. If it weren't such a pain I would totally do it. Well...that and the fact that carbs give me incredibly horrible smelling gas.

Whatever... Vegans don't even eat cheese or milk or eggs... You wouldn't last... Though I guess you'd still be able to drink your cider... :)

Well, first she could see Russia, and now she's pardoned Turkey - her foreign policy experience is even convincing an intellectual-elitist like myself that she's the best candidate for 2012!!! :)

ROFL!

Gotta admit, hearing her voice is like fingernails down a blackboard for me...just gives me the giant heebee jeebees!

Future president is still on the table. Somebody who can manage a family with 5 kids while running arguably our most important state (for natural resources) can handle running the country. :)

And I like her voice -- she actually speaks like people I know. People around Tennessee are the last to throw stones about accents. ;)

I just went in with three people and had a cow slaughtered and bought a quarter of it. I declined to go visit my cow while it was still alive and deferred to just picking up the nice plastic pouches at the butcher. My boys and I got a tour of the place, though, and they learned what cows and pigs look like after then have been "dressed" and hung. I didn't hurt their appetite any tonight while we were eating sirloin and filets.
