Paly infection?

Is this infected and if so how would I go about healing it?

Did it fall down or frag got turnt up side down on the sand? or something stung or hit it

The white stuff on the bottom look like the usual "fungus" that zoas can get, specially when new to the system.
The whitish marks on the disc look like it was irritated/stung/damaged by something.

A better picture and more details would help us to figure out what's going on there.

I fragged part of it about a week ago. It's in a 180 and was doing really well. Probably shouldn't have tried to frag it but its to late now. Should I dip it?

Yes, try that!
3-5 drops of Lugol's solution, 8-10 oz of water (tank or fresh), for like 3 minutes.

Alright, but the disc does look like it was stung or damaged somehow.

What would be stinging it? I dipped it and only time will tell if that helped.
