Paly Size Question

So this paly is literally the size of a 50 cent piece or bigger. Is there any reason why this one is so much larger then all the rest? Is it a different kind maybe, that gets much larger then the normal palythoas?

it's probably the mother polyp of the colony lol, the others should get that big as well

I definitely agree with that. Just wondering if a polyp this size is abnormal or if polyps like this usually can get this big. Basically I want to know if this nice little rock will be covered in giant polyps soon or if the large one is just a fluke.

They'll get bigger...
Make sure you isolate that rock, so they don't go to other rocks.
They can overgrow and irritate some of the more sensitive zoa species.
