Palys changing colors?

I have a few palys on a teal green colony I have that are now half purple. Straight down the middle split in half teal and purple. What's that about? Is this like a normal thing?

It's totally normal. This also happens to me, with colonies. Its cool I think, Id' rather have that than 1 colour, relax and enjoy!

What are is your water chemistry. Also what do you have in your tank. Pictures maybe?

I've experienced some palys change color due to lighting and diet change. This could be the case.
