PAR meter?

Is anyone near 07733 able to lend/rent a PAR meter? Just changed lights and am looking to start growing corals so I'd like to know what my levels are.

On another note: anyone know if aquarium care center (ocean NJ) still rents out a PAR meter? I know they used to but I can't find any updated info about that.

I don't have a meter. I have the Chinese leds from eBay. The work fine with SPS and LPS. As of dec ACC was renting the meters. Give them a call. You might want to join the NJ Reefers club online too. Great group of people. Btw I live near Holmdel park

Oh hey I've got the same ones. Two 165w models on a 90g DT. I'll give acc a call about the PAR meter.

I've looked into joining the NJRC before but I never actually got around to doing it.

I actually am right over near there too, I live right next to village school so we're only like 5 minutes apart.
