Good to see them doing well..........like others said that maxi jet is a fish killer without the screen.

You've got some aggressive bruisers in that DT tank...................hope that isn't a problem.

Which Fish are you referring to as aggressive?

The Naso, Orange Shoulder, and Regal are Super Mellow. The goldflake only tries to flex his muscle rarely but never pursues and the Powder blue just crusies around and never pays attention to anyone! My tank is VERY open which leaves a lot of room for the fish to roam!!!

I would definitely construct a large clear acclimation chamber to house the trio within the DT for a while, so your other fish can "look but don't touch".

I plan on treating with PraziPro startng on Tuesday for a week. So, I'll Montior them through treatment and probably give them another week to fatten up before adding them to the Display!

haha They are in the Container for a few days. The other fish havn't paid any attention to them yet. Im not sure if that is because of the container, or because they are just too small to bother any of the other big fish!

They are incredible! They are just eye catching and I am very anxious to finally release them into the display. They when through 2 rounds of Prazi and ~3 weeks of Cupramine and eat pretty good even through that! They relaly only care for Brine and Mysis however. I've been trying the entire time i've had them to get them to eat the flake and pellet food, but they can care less about it. Hopefully when they see the other fish in the tank devoure it, they will get the hint!!!

Very nice any updates? I picked up a medium one from a store that was closing. I couldnt pass it up. It was picking on a coral beauty and eating mysis.

Hey guys!

All three are doing Fantastic! What a great fish! They are all getting super fat. They spend there days in and out of the rocks, picking and snacking all day! I have favias zoo's and a lot of SPS in the tank and i havn't seen them touch anything! They still dont eat a ton of prepared foods (they loved mysis and brine in QT but the other fish get most of it) but they have put on a lot of weight just picking at rocks (which is what they do in the wild). I've been watching the tank at dusk to see if there is any darting/spawing going on and none to date!

Also, im trying ot get a pair of Venustus Angels! One of my favorite fish is the multifasciatus X Venustus which means that these two fish species have breed in the wild. I am very excited to see what could happen!!!!

I'll work on some pics but it is very difficult with how small they are and them being in and out of the rocks constantly!!!

I think a 240 will do for this grouping and you don't need any heavy duty skimmer or lighting. But will require lots of established rocks. What a sight that would be!
