I currently have a venusta in my 58 (( along with a coral beauty and a multicolored angel )), I have had it for about 6 months now -- received it from the diver's den section of LA. They can be difficult, so the key is starting off with a healthy one, mine started eating prepared foods within minutes of being released in the tank. Mine is fairly docile, so I would make sure that its tankmates aren't too aggressive -- or at least have it in the tank first and established.
While mine ate an open brain, it was already eating prepared foods, but it might help tied one over until it is eating prepared foods -- but I wouldn't think of it as a long term solution.
Usually Dwarf angel start nipping corals at adult age. If kept well fed using their diet they should not be bothering anything since they will be always full
