Paracheilinus angulatus Female

Hello all, I've been keeping fairy wrasses for quite some time now, taken in by their beauty and secrecy. At this point however I'm still having trouble with their identification and hence would like to seek the help of you guys!

I currently have with me a healthy male Paracheilinus angulatus and I'm looking for females to add into the tank. The problem is I cannot determine how an actual female looks like. It doesn't show up on the image searches and even on fishbase.org.

Here are 3 pictures (1 link) of a male with supposed females.

Clearly the females differ. The flashing (2nd) picture has a group of females showing a large black spot at base of uppermost caudal fin rays which coincides with females of many other Cirrhilabrus species.

May I ask if anyone has other pictures of females to help with identification? Or maybe you have your own harem of P. angulatus! :eek2:

Thank you!

the 2nd picture shows a male angulatus and a harem of female FAIRY wrasses. i'm not exactly sure which kind of fairy, could be lubbock, adornatus, flavidorsalis... match the location with angulatus and you should narrow it down.

the first pic definitely shows female flasher wrasses. however all female flasher wrasses look almost identical and are almost impossible to distinguish.

so i guess very little people can help you there.
