parasites?/prazipro

i have a hawian naso tang that i have been noticing brownish black spots all over his body im thinking its parasites so i did a 3min fresh water dip and got him in qt.
i was thinking about getting prazipro would it work any help would be great thanks all.

yes that looks like what my naso tang has im gonna try prazipro hope all turns out well
