Part to order

Wondering if you can help me here i was told by current usa that i can order parts from you guys this is what i have

Current USA 72 inch Outer Orbit

I need the plastic sheild that goes over the T5's and it would be on the power cord side what is the part # for that. Current gave me a phone # to call so i'll call and order it but i need the part # for my lights before i can order it thank in advance for all the help
