Parting Out 125G Reef...Corals, Fish Live Rock and Sand

I am really bummed to do it, but I don't think I can take care of it as well as it should. It takes a lot of dedication to keep a reef healthy and I just have too much going on right now.
Gary and Misty came by tonight and picked up some items. It was really sad to break down the tank.
It is a tough decision, but I think the right one. I hate to get even more attached and have to sell it all when we move. I plan to hold off on a reef tank until Brian retires and we are in one place for good!
I may put up a small tank with a few zoos and my favorite Xenia. I am not sure. But since I can't give 100% to this reef I think it is the best choice for me. But it is sad. I am going to miss it.

Got Chip home. He's doing great. Already colored up and is eating well. My sailfin picked on him a little at first but seems to have settled down.
Stephany, nice to see you again, however short.

I am going to let the tank settle for a few weeks while I think about making it a fish only.
