Parting out 210. Tunze's available

I have had the tank listed for sale whole but have decided to part it out. Here is the list of what I have and what is sold or pending

210 AGARR with the nice AGA oak stand and hood. $750
Approx. 200-250lbs cooked live rock. $2/lb 75-100lbs sale pending
Reeflo Orca 250 skimmer w/ extra overflow cup and auto shutoff. $750 sale pending
Reeflo Hammerhead return pump $150 sale pending
100gal Rubermaid Stock tank (sump) $50.00
4 Tunze streams and 7095 multicontroller. 2x6201 1x6100 1x6000 $1000.00
3x250 MH ballasts, lights and reflectors. 2 are icecap the other one is Coralvue $300.00 Sale pending
Schuran Jetstream calcium reactor and CO2 system $300.00
Tunze osmolator auto top off system $100.00 Sold
300 watt Rena smart heater $20
Phosban Reactor $10
American Marine pinpoint ph monitor $50
Salifert Alk and CA test kits. Only used a few times. $10 for both
Asst'd Livestock (Fish/Corals) PM me if your interested and I will send you my phone # (I don't feel like writing out a whole list here).

The tank is still up and running, the livestock has to go first. I am hoping to get rid of the livestock first and have it taken down in the next week or so.
