Parting out 75g AGA setup

Due to a busy work schedule and in the process of moving, I have decided to part out my tank and start out fresh and bigger in the future. Feel free to give me offers, the worst I can say is no thanks. (Just dont lowball) LOL

75 gallon AGA glass tank with RR overflow system Custom canopy, stand and plumbing
No scratches on tank
Painted rear of the tank black (overflow is still visible)
painted inside of stand with Kilz waterproof paint
30g sump
Mag 7 return pump
Euro-Reef RS80 skimmer with new impeller (still in box) for sedra 5000 pump with gate valve modification
Hamilton dual 250w metal halide ballast with used bulbs in canopy
ARO fluorescent ballast with used bulbs in canopy
$600 OBO for all of the above
Extras:
2 Brand new XM 250w 15000k metal halide bulbs (havent fired up yet) - $110 for both or $60 each
2 Brand new UVL 46.5" 110W super actinic VHO T12 fluorescent bulbs - $20 each
2 lumenarc 3 reflectors (not installed in canopy) - $40 each or $70 for both
250W MH ballast - $50 OBO

60+ lbs of live rock (in tank) with zoos, purple clove polyps, and all of my tyree toadstools (2 big and 5-6 small frags) - $140

located in san jose...dont really want to part out any rocks. I want them all gone so i can completely shut the tank down...

I read the thread twice and only see him saying he's not parting out.

parting out as in all the other things that I have listed...the tank is still running so it doesnt make sense to sell the return pump then have a non running system when I still have live stock. And i rather sell all the rocks so i can shut it down completely...thanks for bumps tho guys
