Livestock:
We ordered from 3 suppliers.. lots of nice livestock this week.
~ inverts: strawberry crabs, emerald crabs, cleaner shimp,pepermint shrimp, blue leg hermits, decorator hermit, sally light foot crabs, orange cats eye snails, nassiurus snails large and smalls, and last but not least... compressus hermit crabs... you gotta see these man.

Fish:
~ huge flame angel, coral beauties, cherub angel, 6 kinds of clown fish, nice blue jaw trigger, beautiful orange spot rabbit, nice rarity -- curious worm fish, nameyei blennys, white face stone fish, starry night blennys, green pencil wrasse, and last but not least... not just sharks but......cuttle fish eggs too!! Tons of other species..... our tanks are full.

Live Rock:
~killer new pukani live rock $6.99/lb nice multicolored coraline algea
fiji premium $5.99/lb...

Corals:
~ 5 new acros in, new duncompsamias - whisker corals, 6 new types of zoos, montipora undata, lime green astreopora, rainbow trachyphylla, lime green frogspawns, lime green fox corals, green polyp toadstool, green goblin monti frags, juicy fruit acro frags and tons more of beautiful stuff.

Glad to see you Jared.I have given the other lfs the opportunity as well so its not just for Oddballs.Just trying to get everyone to help support the LFS around here.If this is a problem for you then I am sorry.
 
Equal advertisement is still advertisement, and I think you could ask just about anyone who reads this forum and they would say it's not equal.

Seeking support for the stores is great. But, listing your products, along with their prices, is about as close to an ad as you can get.

Posts like this are often problematic. This one has two things in it's favor, which make it acceptable. First, I believe that Jarrod has no affiliation to the store. This is a biggie.
Second, Jarrod is a member of the BOD for OMAS. That is different from Joe reefer making the same post.
If it were to become an every day thing, there would be an issue, but it is reasonable to believe that this thread was started as a public service for your club, not a personal attempt to line pockets.

But, there probably shouldn't be use of the word "we" when referring to the store of which he has no affiliation.

All three of the posts addressed the issue respectfully. I said it was fine, nothing personal, and even confessed my love.

As the owner of oddballs i would appreciate if the rc staff would please shut this thread down and please delete it if possible.We have one person posting that was a former employee of a shop that did not make it and that his family owned and a owner from another shop on here being foulmouthed !I was just trying to pass along some info and help this club but this is pretty childish!I would think that some people have a lot more class than this but i guess others in this town are REALLY frustrated with this industry and a lot unhappier than we are here at my shop!! sorry but the truth hurts!!
