Thanks, I love the Radion. It's small and elegant looking, high efficiency, super adjustable, and powerful. What more is there to ask for? My growth has been phenomenal under it.

Tron, love that green maxi!! I'm going to have to sell my derasa soon because that sucker grows so fast, and plan to replace it with an ultra green maxi like that

Thank you and yes a sand bed is to much work. I went BB about a year ago and since have had no hair algae or red slime my water is crystal clear and my corals are thriving

A couple pics of my gigas. My tank is 30" wide, for sense of scale. I 've had it for 4-5 years now... just keeps growing.

Also scored a small nice aquammy with a cool mantle. I find that the clams seem much happier with a nutrient-rich tank (hence the cyano), and I typically mix the salt with unfiltered well water.

So what's the deal with gigas? Is no one farm raising them anymore? A few years ago they were fairly common, but I haven't seen one for sale in a couple years at least.
