Very nice clams..................... can most of these clams live efficiently on the sand bed or about 5" up in a 30" deep tank with HO-T5 lighting. Its 72L X 24W X 30H. I have
12-39W T5's. 8-12,000K and 4 actinics. Or can i get some LED's (6 or 8) just to focus over the clam.

I cannot take credit for this picture, but my friend in NY has a 125 that holds his Gigas and other clams.
that thing is huge!!!! Does it ever shoot water out of the tank? Lol

:lol2: I think she's coughed once or twice, I can't be sure. He tried to move her to his 210 one time. Required 2 of them to lift her out and she spat at them that time.
