Patrick, you agreed to sell me a tank in mid November with a delivery date of early January. I gave you the majority of the money to build the tank, at that time. You have been less than responsive to the emails that I have sent, and you were supposed to meet with me over the weekend to finalize overflow options. You didn't call or email then either. Currently your www site is gone, and your cell phone is disconnected.

I am hoping that you didn't just steal my money. While I am still patient, I request that you get into contact with me immediately.

Also if anyone has contact information for this guy other than the www site or his cell, will you please send it to me

I'm a patient person and I'm not one to slam someone's business. I heard so many good things about him and his work. I had a custom sump design I wanted him to do. It was just a tank with a few baffles and a refugium put in it(just didn't have time to do it myself). Honestly, probably a couple of hours worth of work for someone that knows what they are doing. Took me about a month to get my sump back(after being quoted about a week to week and a half). I was pretty patient because I wasn't in a rush but after 2 or 3 delivery dates were missed I was at the "where's my tank?" point(with plenty of excuses along the way). After you've heard 4 or 5 excuses for why it isn't done or why you can't pick it up it gets a little old. Luckily I got it(although it's not exactly what I wanted...9" baffles means 9" of glass, not the middle baffle being 8" but lifted to 9" since it's an inch above the bottom, lol). But I wouldn't use him again sadly because it took too long and I started to get that uncomfortable feeling towards the end. Sorry that you haven't gotten your tank. I hope it works out for you.

Patrick is such a classy act. Please take note and do not work with this guy on anything. He is a total fraud. This is his response after months of waiting for a refund check that I was told was in the mail countless times


Really you want your refund so bad take me to cort then. YOU keep wanting to be a ***** I read your little post on the new site I just joind not to long ago. SO how about this go **** your self take me to cort I dont care I will pay you your money then.

Hello everybody, I just joined because a friend of mine told me about your site. It seems that a new member has jumped on your guys site from the MASC site. His screen name is Patrick 1234. you can read about his scams and fraud here:

He has stolen peoples money and currently owes me over 900 bucks. Tread with caution with this guy. His sponsorship has been revoked with the MASC from his dealings. If you read the thread, you will find that he has more than ample time to resolve the problem, and would rather change clubs than deal with the mess he created.

Thanks for your time, just wanted to warn everybody that you have a bad apple for the hobby among you.

I really try to make this right but every time we talk all you want to do say I am lieing and frauding you so I am done trying to deal with you. I sent you a payment (hold for him to say I am lieing) It never made it to you this I did not know tell after you e-mail me and decide to 5 sec later start filling up every place on masc bashing me. Its funny I was going to see if paypaling you the money tonight will work. Tell after I read your nice post now really I dont care since you must not care.

I absolutely posted that. Anyone that gets tangled up with you in any sort of business dealing or group buy for that matter needs to know that you have a history of taking money that isn't yours.

patrick if you owe him the money why dont you just pay him and he will go away i'm sure that once he gets his money that you will not be bothered by him .....no matter how you feel about the situation if you owe him the right thing to do is pay him
