Pb with Tunze MultiController 7095

Hi,

We have had our multicontroller set up since November last year. We have noticed several times that one of the powerheads (6055) is not running. It's always the same one. If we unplug the two powerheads and plug them back in then they start working again no problem.

Today, the same one has switched off twice - no green channel lights and no power (obviously). One the other channel only one green light is on but the powerhead seems to be working correctly.

We have two powerheads in the tank so we know that only two of the four channels are working at any one time. But why is this one switching itself off?

We have checked the wires, made sure that the box is not hitting on anything when we shut the door, there does not seem to be any humidity in the cupboard and everything else is working just fine.

Any ideas?

I would try a different wire from the controller. The wire could have a break inside. If this is not the cause, then the pump is more likely the problem than the controller. It is rare that the 7095 has any issues, the 6055 is also very trouble free, but I would guess the pump before the controller. It may have a problem responding to the controller.
