PC and carpets?

I was thinking about keeping a small blue carpet under PC lighting.

It'd be about 12 inches from the light if it were at the bottom of the tank. About 8-9.6 watts per gallon depending ont he fixture I grab.

Please those with experience with a carpet AND PC/VHO answer.

I have a green carpet going on over 6 months in a 46 gallon bowfront under 192watts of PC lighting and it is doing great. I has stayed in the same spot the whole time. It is very healthy looking, a Saddle Clown fish occupies it. It feed it usually twice a week squid, shrimp or krill.
So far so good.

I think it really depends on the carpet. Some like more light than other. Just the personality of the carpet
