PC light cycle question - How is my schedule?

I've recently purchased a Coralife 36" Lunar Aqualight for my 30 gallon long tank.

I'm trying to work out what the best light cycle would be for this. I am thinking of the following:
  • Daylight (96w 10k) :: 12am --> 11pm
  • Actinic 03 Blue (96w) :: 11am --> midnight
  • Lunar (2 LEDs) :: 1am -->5am
I have a few fish, a red shroom, a couple sm. zoa frags, some yellow polyps, coco worm, and some dwarf anemone.

Does this cycle seem like it would be ok for growth in everything?

Thanks!

thats the weirdest schedule I've ever seen. A more traditional schedule would be something like:

actinic 9am-9pm (to start the day letting the livestock warm up to lower light before the bright daylights hit and to ease them into night time before it goes dark. they should be run with the daylights as well. corals utilize the actinic range to grown pigmentation, its not there just for looks although they help flourescing corals look better during the day as well)

daylight 10am-8pm (however long you want to look at your aquarium fully lit. for me its til prime time tv hits)

lunar lights 9pm (or whenever your all your pc lights are turned off) til when ever you go to bed. they are basically there for you. once there is no one to look at the aquarium they arent needed. lets say 11pm for kicks

no lights 11pm-9am

Thank you thank you thank you! I know what I suggested was a weird schedule. I've been reading and trying to figure this out all day and what I posted was just a schedule of someone else.

Yours makes a lot more sense to me and I will move forward with that. For as common of a thing as this seems to be with enthusiasts, it's been very difficult to just get a lighting schedule like you've described. Thank you very much and any other opinions are definitely welcome.
