Peaceful schooling fish for 30 gallon tank

I've been having trouble finding a peaceful schooling fish for a small aquarium that doesn't kill each other off. Please tell me that if you have anything to say about this topic. Thanks!:spin3:

My understanding is none of them school unless in imminent threat...

Orange Striped Cardinals and Chalk Bass will often move around together in loose formations, but not a tight school.

Whoa!!!!, Thoose are really nice and I have never heard or seen of them before.
Any ideas where to obtain them.

All the fish mentioned will shoal and not school. Some fish like sweepers and silversides will school in a smaller space if there is a predator present in the tank. One they feel comfortable and safe, they break from it and go their own way. I've kept menhaden, mullet and silversides, all school and do so for a only short time and stop when not threatened.
