Hi all-
I'm looking for advice on peaceful tangs. I want to limit aggression as much as possible, as I think it can absolutely devastate a tank. I have a lightly stocked 180 right now with the following:
I don't think any of these would have issues with tangs. The foxface maybe, but I've heard that tangs know not to mess with those guys, is that accurate?
Ideally, I'd like to get two tangs. I also don't want anything huge. 1' being the max, but ideally smaller. I was thinking the following:
- White Tail Bristletooth Tang - This guy just caught my eye today. I like their coloring and they seem pretty small, so I thought it might be compatible.
- Blue Hippo Tang - Seems like a staple, very unique coloring, they always seem like one of the most peaceful tangs. Is that accurate?
Am I right? Are hippo tangs relatively docile? Thoughts or suggestions?
