Peacock and Urchin

I was down at my lfs and they had small pincusion urchins and i was wondering if it would be ok with a peacock???

You could try it. Some will kill urchins, others will let them be. Depends on mantis. Ive heard stars do better in tanks than urchins, but that probly wouldnt help algae.

I had put an urchin in with my peacock and it lasted roughly 3 min, and it was destroyed the second it started to move! So good luck with you urchin if you decide to put it in there.

O. scyllarus, if hungry enough, will take out urchins from pin cushions to Diadema.
